Regarding Free Shuttle Buses and Temporary Luggage Storage

  • 【How to use the Shuttle Bus】
    A free shuttle bus (operated by the Ryokan Association) takes guests to and from the train station to each ryokan.
    We ask that guests who wish to use the shuttle bus inform us in advance of their arrival time at Kinosaki Onsen Station. On the day of arrival, the shuttle bus will be stopped in front of the station rotary; when you board the bus, please inform the driver of your name and your hotel name.
  • 【About Luggage Storage】
    In the case that you need to store your luggage, you can leave your luggage with the "Kinosaki Onsen Ryokan Service Center" located in front of the station.
    Please tell the staff your name and the name of your hotel, and the bag will be delivered to the hotel. ※ The price is 200 yen per item.
